Field service management and scheduling software for small service businesses

6.5
Visit mHelpDesk Last reviewed: 2026-03-01

mHelpDesk used to be a solid pick for small shops, but since the HomeAdvisor acquisition, development has stalled. The online booking and HomeAdvisor lead integration are nice, but Housecall Pro and Jobber have moved ahead on features, mobile experience, and support. Hard to recommend over the top competitors unless you are already locked in.
